So school is still rocking. I quite frankly am doing spectacularly well. Though that in and of itself is a little troubling. Maybe I shouldn't make a big deal about how well I'm doing until I take a good look at my current peer group.... Nah, that'd just spoil it !
Superwife and I took the televised IQ test on Fox tonight. I scored 58 out of 60. Honestly too. I'm not convinced that the test wasn't made a little easier for tv in genereal and American tv viewers in particular, but I'll take validation wherever the fuck I can find it.
So, as Homer says, I am so smart, S - M - A - T... I mean S - M - A - R - T !
Back to the topic of the day: I just finished watching the STV episode 'Basics Pt I'. Brad Dourif was pretty good as the resident ship psycho. He always seems to land that role, no matter whether its tv or movies. All in all, not bad at all, considering that I cannot stand Janeway, even when I watched the show regularly.

Who am I kidding ? I was like a junkie desperate for a fix, any fix. And even though the fix I got was dirty, weak, and stepped on by everybody that came into contact with it, it was still a Star Trek fix nonetheless, and it got me through.
