I just found a link to a superhero quiz on a blog I read faithfully, and it turns out the guy is a superhero geek like me (or he was bored and wanted a break from all the chemistry)
Either way, I took the quiz, and here are the results, copied directly from the site:

I think they got the Spiderman right, but I'm going to try very hard not to make too much out of the fact that I am apparently more Catwoman than I am Superman.
EDIT 12/15/06: I retook the quiz a few minutes ago, and it turns out that I'm not Spider-Man after all. At least not first. I am Green Lantern by 85%. Time to dust off the old Green Lantern ring and start wearing it again.

You would be surprised at how little Chemistry there is on my chemistry blog. . . Its strange that half the bloggers I know are Spider-Man. "geeky and witty" pretty much sums up most bloggers, so I suppose it makes sense. I'm sure Peter Parker has a blog.
iiq: I guess you do get to mentor me. For awhile anyways. Civil War isn't over yet, but my Spidey-Sense is telling me that Peter and Tony aren't going to be friends once the dust settles.
tj: You're probably right about the number of Spider-Mans out there. To be a blogger you're by definition 'geeky' at least. But geek isn't the swear word it used to be, so I don't mind it at all.

geeky is fine; I suppose it's only when you cross the line to "White and Nerdy" that it's an issue:

iiq, I am in serious trouble. Just watched the 'White and Nerdy' vid, and I do collect X-Men, The Holy Grail is my favourite movie, and I have debated for HOURS with friends over the virtues of Kirk v Picard.
Oh well, there's worse things to be I guess.
But just for the record I don't own a pocket protector.
