My deep need to play Zelda: Twilight Princess notwithstanding, I want a PS3 a lot more than I want a Wii.
But this video makes a pretty convincing case for why everyone else will go with the far cheaper, much sexier, and likely a lot more fun to play offering from Nintendo.

So does this mean that I'll be playing it before you? We have a game cube, and we've had it pre-ordered since last christmas. About DAMN time they put it out!
Yeah, you probably will be playing it before me.
But don't worry: if I do get a Wii and I start into Zedla: Twilight Princess, I'll do my best to put aside concerns of work, parenting, and personal hygiene so that I can catch up. ;)

I think its an awesome idea though, gets kids and adults off the couch.
I totally agree! With my daughter watching my every move, I think I'd be better off doing something that at least promotes marginal good health. Otherwise its laying on the couch dungeon crawling, and that's probably not the best example I could set.
But playing tennis with a virtual opponent as I run around my living room like a fool with a little paddle in my hand swearing and gasping? Now there's your role model!
