getting LOST all over again

LOST returned tonight after no new episodes airing since Nov. 8th of last year. In one of the latest tragedies to befall me (and in my mind my life has been fraught with tragedy), I was busy riding out the night shift of a help desk so I couldn't be home to watch it.
However, I was able to just spend my lunch hour watching the latest catch up special 'The LOST Survivor Guide' online. Man I missed this show. If you're new to the show the catch up will get you ready for the new mini season, and if you're a long time fan it is worth watching for some of the best highlights of the show that you might not remember as well as you think.
EDIT 02/09/07: Apparently ABC decided they didn't want that clip hosted at Yahoo so they took it down. ABC.com might have it, but if not, there's always Youtube.
By way of compensation for missing the show, the torrent of tonight's episode will be Coming To A PC Near Me sometime later today. It shouldn't take longer than oh, say 108 minutes.
